    Data Access: You may request access to your linked user account data by emailing info@enrapture.world. We do not share or sell user data to third parties.

  6. Enrapture retains ownership of all proprietary rights in MeetWork.ai, including trade names, trademarks, and service marks displayed within it. Reverse engineering or unauthorized use of proprietary rights is prohibited.

    You agree not to engage in the following activities, and you will not permit any End User to do so:

    (i) Modify, disassemble, decompile, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain access to the source code of the Services.

    (ii) Knowingly or negligently use the Services in a manner that abuses, interferes with, or disrupts Enrapture SRL, your accounts, or the Services.

    (iii) Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, false, or misleading.

    (iv) Transmit through the Services any material that may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

    (v) Build or benchmark a competitive product or service, or copy any features, functions, or graphics of the Services.

    (vi) Use the Services to communicate any message or material that is harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, indecent, or unlawful, or that violates the intellectual property rights of any party, or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense.

    (vii) Upload or transmit any software, content, or code that is intended to harm, disable, destroy, or adversely affect the performance of the Services, or extract information or data from other hardware, software, or networks of Meetwork.ai or other users of the Services.

    (viii) Engage in any activity or use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the Services, or any servers or networks connected to the Services or Meetwork's security systems.

    (ix) Use the Services in violation of any Meetwork.ai policy or applicable law, including but not limited to anti-spam, export control, privacy, and anti-terrorism laws and regulations. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with all such laws and regulations.

    8. Termination

  8. Enrapture SRL retains the authority to regulate your utilization of the Services, including your communication privileges with other Members. Furthermore, Enrapture SRL maintains the prerogative to curtail, suspend, or terminate your account if there are suspicions of contractual violations, unlawful activities, or misuse of the Services, as outlined in these Terms of Service.

    9. Community Rules – Our “Moral Code”

    Be The Real You: Provide accurate information about yourself.

    Be Professional: Refrain from sharing false or inappropriate content.

    Be Nice: Maintain a respectful and friendly demeanor.

    Respect Others' Rights: Avoid violating the rights of others and follow applicable laws.

    Respect Enrapture’s Rights. Don't violate the rights of Enrapture. It is also not okay to suggest that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Enrapture when you are not. Do not violate our intellectual property rights, scrape the Services, or interfere with or disrupt the Services.

    10. Safe, Appropriate, and Lawful Use

  10. Users agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include hacking, reverse engineering, and distributing harmful content.

Any further rights, including claims for damages of Enrapture, shall remain unaffected.

    Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Belgian courts.

    16. User Content and Feedback

  16. User Content encompasses all information and materials provided by users via MEETWORK.AI, including text, conversations, links, messages, images, videos, and more. You retain the rights to your content and are solely responsible for it. Other users may interact with and store your content. We do not guarantee the security of User Content. Feedback provided becomes our property for further development of the Service.
